Community services at YAT
Aged care, disability support, mental health, youth work and family support — direct pathways into the care sector.
The community services sector is hiring across Victoria for support workers, case workers, and coordinators — particularly in aged care, disability, mental health, and family services. Our courses focus on practical skills with extensive supervised placement so you graduate with real experience, not just classroom knowledge.
We build cohorts that reflect the workforce — adult learners moving sideways from related sectors, people returning to paid work, and career changers attracted to the sector's strong job security. Trainers are current or recent practitioners themselves.
